This week's theme at Snapshots Around The World. This is where I spend a large portion of my day. I can see the pool, the deck the swingset, the dirt pile (what? you don't have a large pile of dirt?), the sand box and if I tiptoe, the garden.
In these sweet days of late spring the children are always outside and I am always grateful for the abundance which God has seen fit to bless me with.
There is a plant I grew from a sprout, some cute blocks Chris gave me for Christmas, my Ryan scowling at me (as he often was) and some carnations I bought at the grocery store. The little lady sitting on the middle block is also a gift from Chris. She bought it for me in Santa Fe and it's a Native American woman with seven babies crawling all over her. It made Chris think of me. Another blessing, my dearest friend is.
Have a lovely June day.

What a warm and wonderful view. Your wood trim is so lovely. We spend so much time looking at what is in front of us at the sink. It’s fascinating to me to see what other women are seeing and thinking there.

Oh, I know that statuette! It’s called a “storyteller” and is a very popular figure in Santa Fe.
Very appropriate!
