Last year I was happy to help our local parish school organize an American Girl Fashion Show as a fundraiser. They made a good deal of money and all the girls had a lovely time. This year I bowed out due to the twins arrival and the fact that I didn’t want to spend another birthday weekend (a big birthday too – one with a zero on the end) in a school gymnasium. However, the organizers were kind enough to invite Erin and Katie to participate again and I was glad to have them be a part of it all.
My beautiful American Girls did very well. Katie wore Josefina’s best dress and her nightgown and Erin wore Nellie’s blue dress and Addy’s nightgown.
