Kelli turned five yesterday. She had a wonderful day filled with presents, sweets, phone calls and visits. She picked Burger King for her birthday dinner (:() and she wanted a red cake with pink icing and red hearts drawn on it. She is a very specific young lady.
On Wednesday we were lucky enough to be at the Cottage and we had a little pre-celebration.
Bridget and Sean are getting so big. The lady holding Sean is my dear friend Caroline. She is Sean’s buddy and always takes him as soon as she sees him. He is always perfectly content in her arms.
We are back at the cottage today for play practice. The children of our homeschool group are performing Shakespeare’s A Midsummer’s Night Dream and Alice has graciously offered up her home for rehearsals. The performance will take place in the Cottage Garden, an idyllic setting of which the Bard himself would have greatly approved.
