I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Laurie. I saw your message on the FCL yahoo group about autism and reading comprehension. I have an autistic 9 year old son who I just started teaching at home this year, officially that is. Unofficially I have been doing it for several years! I saw your blog address and decided to check it out. I’m looking forward to reading more of it.
It looks like your children were quite interested in the eclipse. My oldest son and I had great fun watching it. I haven’t posted about it on my blog, but I helped my son do a post on the blog we work on together.
I’m new to the FCL yahoo group and am slowly transitioning my children’s education to Charlotte Mason methods. I’m glad to hear of another family with an autistic child in the FCL group!
