3/31 – 30 minute "The Firm" DVD
3/29 – 2 mile jog/walk. 30 Minutes
3/27 – 45 minutes weight training with trainer
3/14 Pushing stroller, walked 1 mile to parade, walked around the city, walked 1 mile back to car.
3/11 About 1 mile hike on a nature trail. Pushing double stroller.
3/3 – 30 Minutes The Firm – Hi Def Sculpt.
2/29 – 30 minutes The Firm DVD, 2 sets 15 push-ups.
2/28 – 45 minutes with trainer. Strength and cardio
2/24 UGH. Had to cancel my kickboxing lesson.Rescheduled
2/4 Worked out with my exercise ball and free weights. About 30 minutes.
1/31 – 45 minutes strength training with trainer
1/28/08 – 45 minutes Cardio/sculpt The FIRM DVD.
1/25-27 – Lots of walking/sightseeing.
1/24/08 – My trainer modified my workout to accomodate my injured tailbone. 45 minutes cardio and strength training
