The first day back after a break is always so shattering, which is why I never o it on a Monday. Today there were some tears during math with a six year old insisting that 8+6 = 13 with such vehemence that I had to stop and think.
Easy days for the rest of the week to compensate for testy nerves and systems alight with sugar and celebration.
